Illegal office allegations: Jiban Krishna denies ownership

Jiban Krishna Saha and Prasanna Roy, accused in recruitment corruption cases, appeared in the special CBI court in Alipore, Kolkata, after serving their jail term
They were accused of establishing illegal offices in Badancha Gram Panchayat, but Jiban Krishna denied ownership and suggested demolishing it if deemed illegal
Nine individuals, including Jiban Krishna, faced the court after completing judicial custody, with questions raised about their involvement in illegal activities

Illegal office allegations: Jiban Krishna denies ownership

Jiban Krishna Saha, Prasanna Roy accused in recruitment corruption, IX-X and Group D cases were today produced in the special CBI court in Alipore, Kolkata after completing their jail term.

They were accused of setting up illegal offices in Badancha Gram Panchayat. While entering the special CBI court in Alipore regarding this, the MLA claimed that the office was not his. He also said that if the construction is illegal then it should be demolished.

A total of nine people, including Jibankrishna, were produced in the Alipore Special CBI Court on Thursday morning after the completion of judicial custody in the recruitment corruption case. Also, they were asked if they themselves used to do any illegal work.

He said, "That is not my office. Who said it is my office?" Jeevankrishna then went inside the court.
